ABOUT ME

I trained with the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy, but I bring much more then certification to the table—I bring lived experience, hard-won insight, and a deep understanding of what addiction really feels like. I was already struggling with addiction long before I stepped into a successful trading career that took me from Amsterdam to Paris to London. Outwardly, things looked fine. But internally, I was constantly searching—for belonging, for peace, for a way out.

My recovery was inspired by a pivotal moment in my life. My understanding of what recovery meant to me began slowly. With honesty. With structure. With learning to recognise the patterns rooted in early trauma and low self-worth. I now believe that some of us are born with a particular sensitivity—a condition that makes us long to belong, that makes us vulnerable to addiction when combined with certain life experiences.

In recovery, I found purpose through helping others. I studied evidence-based techniques, trained with the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy, and developed my own protocols drawn from what I’ve lived, learned, and continue to explore.

My goal isn’t necessarily to fix you—it’s to support you as you begin to understand yourself and rebuild. With compassion, structure, and an unflinching honesty that respects your journey, no matter where you're starting from.

Lived experience meets structured recovery coaching
